The Role of the Senior Account Manager

We seek a strategic and customer-focused professional to lead post-sale client relationships, drive success outcomes, and support expansion across key accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full post-sale client lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value accounts.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client goals, workflows, and product usage.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address churn risks and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and planning sessions with clients.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to surface insights and advocate for client needs.
  • Support upsell and cross-sell efforts by identifying aligned growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM and internal systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic client partnerships.
  • Proven success managing complex B2B relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of leading client conversations with confidence.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot expansion opportunities.
  • Experience working with SaaS, AI, or automation products preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, and modern CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across remote teams.
