The role of Senior Enterprise Account Manager involves strategic partnership leadership, driving sustainable growth and ensuring partners achieve their business objectives. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key strategic partners to drive growth and long-term success.
  • Lead the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integrations and a partner-centric experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for C-level and operational stakeholders, consulting on promotions, product offerings, and merchandising strategies.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and influence partner strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, advocate for partner needs, and deliver scalable solutions.
Necessary Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, or other client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing executive-level relationships and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
