
Experience Manager of Strategic Partnerships

As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for executing key initiatives and service excellence processes.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure strong governance of processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic objectives, create a leading practice shared service organization, and manage stakeholder relationship processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship & Stakeholder Experience Management:
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes using data analytics through partnership with insights teams.
- GBS+ Governance:
- Develop and maintain the GBS+ Governance Framework to ensure all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities.
- Ensure service delivery teams follow the governance model and information cascades properly.
- Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies to improve relationships and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage diverse stakeholders globally.
- Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
