As a senior client relationship manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of high-value accounts from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, developing a deep understanding of their goals, workflows, and product usage.
Using this insight, you will proactively monitor account health and address potential churn risks while identifying growth opportunities.
Through regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and planning sessions, you will partner with clients to drive success outcomes and support expansion across key accounts.
- Manage the entire post-sale client journey, ensuring seamless transitions and maximum value extraction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-value accounts, providing expert guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic client partnerships.
- Proven track record of managing complex B2B relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading client conversations with confidence.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
This role plays a foundational part in shaping the company's customer success function.
