Key Account Director

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Key Account Director to join our team and manage strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with strategic customers.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales and product teams.
  • Supervise the delivery and integration of complex technological solutions.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product development with client feedback and market trends.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Produce regular account reviews and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, etc.
  • 10+ years of experience in key account management or technical leadership in a technology-driven environment.
  • Track record managing major enterprise accounts and delivering technical solutions.
  • Strong technical background in the technology industry managing target accounts segment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with cross-functional team leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
