This role offers a dynamic and flexible work environment, where you will be responsible for leading our virtual receptionist team on a global scale.
We are looking for highly skilled Customer Success Managers to oversee the onboarding and training process for new clients, maintain and enhance relationships with clients, collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement, and relay customer insights to the product team for future enhancements.
As a key member of our team, you will serve as the main point of contact for resolving significant customer issues, monitor data to identify peak call times and adjust receptionist schedules, build strong relationships to convert customers into company advocates, and host periodic industry-specific mastermind calls for clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client onboarding and training process
- Maintain and enhance client relationships
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Relay customer insights to the product team
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer issues
- Monitor data to identify peak call times
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Host industry-specific mastermind calls
- Competitive Compensation:
- $450 USD per month (part-time) or $900 USD per month (full-time)
This is a flexible hybrid remote position. Our team members work from various locations around the world, including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, and more.
