The Senior Account Manager will be instrumental in driving success outcomes and fostering strategic client partnerships. This role involves managing complex B2B relationships, leading post-sale client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of expansion initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic relationship management with high-value clients to deliver exceptional value at every stage of the client journey.
- Developing strong understanding of client goals, workflows, and product usage to inform account growth strategies.
- Conducting regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and planning sessions with clients to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell efforts.
- Maintaining accurate records and activity tracking in CRM and internal systems to ensure efficient operations.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a commercial mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic client partnerships.
