Strategic Client Management Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Key Account Director and Technical Professional to lead the management of our most strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Buildd, sustain, and expand long-lasting business partnerships with key customers.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the delivery and integration of complex technological solutions, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on our products, ensuring solutions are tailored to clients' needs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, etc.
  • At least 10 years of experience in key account management or technical leadership in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong technical background in the technology industry managing target accounts segment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with cross-functional team leadership.
