Job Description

Negotiate content-licensing agreements with partners and manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships. Work cross-functionally with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure partners are positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic relationships with partners through different engagement types.
  • Drive product adoption and optimization across YouTube priorities and support creators in their content, monetization, and viewership goals.
  • Ensure the partner portfolio complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and business generation policies and support them in navigating YouTube's support and operations teams.
  • Engage with and understand the latest features, policies, and platform improvements to help partners succeed.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience working in digital content/media, business, business development, or consultative role.
  • Experience in the video, media, entertainment industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to collaborate with partners in this region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project management using project execution frameworks.
  • Ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, as well as collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights and translate in an external-friendly way.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and time/pipeline management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proven track record of improving processes.
  • Excellent objection handling, managing sensitive communication, and basic agreement negotiation skills.
