About the Role

As a Loss Prevention Specialist at Amazon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, conducting theft investigations, and managing workplace violence incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk-based security standards for Amazon's First, Middle, and Last Mile locations.
  • Conduct physical security audits and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent security standards.
  • Investigate internal and external theft cases, and interview witnesses as needed.
  • Utilize data analysis and collaboration with internal partners to identify inventory defects and develop strategic plans to mitigate losses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in security and loss prevention within supply chain, industrial environments, or express distribution and courier services.
  • Relevant qualification in loss prevention, security management, and administration of justice.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (both verbal and written).
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of time.
