Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security and Risk Mitigation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security best practices, conducting physical security audits, and monitoring protection systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security best practices.
- Perform physical security audits and monitor protection systems.
- Conduct confidential investigations and prepare reports on theft, fraud, and workplace violence/critical incidents.
- Act as a security and crisis management subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with security service providers and external agencies.
- Develop and conduct loss prevention awareness programs.
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for safeguarding People, Product, and Data. We work closely with site and regional leaders across Operations, WHS, PxT, Employee Relations, and RME to drive efficiency and loss reduction.
