Software Engineering Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Leader to drive the development of high-quality, scalable systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements.

  • This role involves designing and implementing complex financial or billing systems using Golang, as well as mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang and a strong understanding of database design.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and rewards systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated invoice generation systems for USDG and other Paxos products
  • Build and scale attribution logic systems to support multiple chains and assets
  • Develop robust reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics
  • Create efficient automation workflows for reward calculations and distribution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and rewards systems
  • Architect solutions that handle high throughput while maintaining low latency
  • Lead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang
  • Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex financial or billing systems
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Strong understanding of database design
  • Track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
