Structural Systems Engineer

Our engineering team is seeking a motivated recent graduate with a passion for building structures and structural systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on complex projects in commercial, institutional, mission critical, educational, aviation, and healthcare sectors.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on structural analysis, design, and detailing using hand calculations and computer modeling.
- Assist in selecting project materials, preparing specifications, and coordinating with architects and other disciplines.
- Contribute to project documentation, calculations, and technical reports.
- Participate in site observations and construction administration activities.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) from an accredited program.
- Strong interest in building structures and structural systems.
- Familiarity with structural design software (RAM, Tekla Structural Designer, or similar) and Autodesk Revit is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- A collaborative mindset and the drive to grow into a licensed Professional Engineer.
