We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineering Professional to join our structural engineering team and contribute to complex, high-profile projects in various sectors.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design through hand calculations and computer modeling.
- Prepare project materials, specifications, and structural configurations with accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and other engineering disciplines to deliver well-integrated designs.
- Support construction contract administration by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site observations.
- Develop and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Contribute to internal technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Engage in client meetings and industry networking events to foster professional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) from an accredited program; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in structural engineering (may be reduced with a Master's or SE license).
- Progress toward a Professional Engineer (PE) license (structural designation).
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Bentley RAM, Tekla Structural Designer, and Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes and structural materials (concrete, steel, masonry, and wood).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
