Material Supply Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Supply Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of merchant materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks in the material procurement process.
  • Collect and track information on merchant material procurement, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintain close communication with stakeholders to optimize the material process based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product operation, with knowledge of standard internal processes from product development to product iteration.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly food delivery industry experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
