Your role as a Procurement Operations Coordinator is to be the face of Procurement in business partnering the Supply Chain on all service and quality related topics.
Coordinating capacity reviews for key materials and drive resilience process to proactively identify risks in the supply base and the implementation of counter measures.
Handle and resolve occurring supply issues and calamities in collaboration with procurement portfolio colleagues, SC Planning and R&D.Create growth and value for Unilever and our strategic suppliers from a deep understanding of our Category strategies and deployment of our Procurement strategies in our business.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEDriving and delivering Unilever programs to improve service and Supplier / Material resilience, while constantly looking for operational efficiency through programs like Digital Procurement.Manage and minimise service risks driven by material supply issuesProactive stakeholder communication to minimise service impactBuild strong Procurement networks to deliver fast and brilliant saving / innovation projectsPartner with product group quality to lead quality improvements with worst performing suppliers and support quality interventionsManage capacity utilisation reviews including mould utilisation, mould health and capex budget managementSupport Quality improvement programs and coordinate quality loss claims caused by material non-compliancesWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & QualificationsBachelor's degree completed in related areas.Experience in FMCG Supply Chain (planning) or Procurement-related roles.Skilled in negotiation and critical problem-solving, especially in production-related subjects.Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
