Reverse Logistics Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Reverse Logistics Analyst. This role plays a vital part in ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in our product return processes.
The ideal candidate will have close collaboration skills with customer service, transportation, warehousing, and repair center teams to drive continuous improvement in reverse logistics operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage product return flows and coordinate sorting processes efficiently.
- E nsure compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in reverse logistics operations by analyzing performance metrics and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide excellent customer support (resellers and distributors) addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively and professionally.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers and suppliers independently.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on area performance indicators.
- Prepare and present reports to managers and leadership.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in reverse logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
