We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our teams in optimizing software platforms for various hardware architectures.
About the RoleThis leadership position involves overseeing project milestones, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing technically to drive engineering best practices and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of engineers from junior to senior levels, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- Spearhead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Drive documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to code reviews, providing technical guidance and expertise.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Proven track record in software development, particularly in C, C++, and Python programming languages.
- Experience with Linux kernel or user space development, including knowledge of computer architecture.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with build systems, virtualization, networking, or graphics stacks.
- Knowledge of open source licensing and communities.
