Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions and enhance customer satisfaction via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to improve processes.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Contribute to feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve our services.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support or service roles is essential.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is highly desirable.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience.
