Polarion Fullstack Developer Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Polarion Fullstack Developer to fill this critical role. As a key contributor to our development team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance software applications across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Software Design and Development: Develop scalable, testable, and secure systems using modern development standards.
  • Polarion ALM Expertise: Utilize Siemens Polarion Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for requirements management, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to define software needs and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Solution Modeling: Contribute to solution modeling, system interface definitions, and deployment planning.
  • Test Reviews: Participate in test reviews, analysis, and certification processes for production-ready software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience (.NET, Java, or equivalent).
  • Strong working knowledge of Polarion ALM (template configuration, dashboards, traceability).
  • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) integration, system architectures, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, messaging (JMS/SOAP), and agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, cloud services (e.g., AWS), and containerization (Docker/Fargate).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Oracle, and enterprise integration tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like IEC 61508 or CMMC.
  • Exposure to Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices-based design.
