Telemarketing Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our telemarketing team in São Paulo. If you have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and want to grow with a dynamic IT company, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the telemarketing team to ensure exceptional customer service quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, preparing reports for management.
  • Manage the recruitment process for new team members, including interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within telemarketing/customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve high results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • Organized, responsible, and result-oriented.
