Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable transport solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital product management, with experience in leading functionally and working towards digital product orientation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining digital product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps, as well as securing that business & digital initiative strategy and goals are visualized and well understood. They will also maintain an overview of products offered within the product area, ensure business flow is adequately supported, and manage interactions with stakeholders and end users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define digital product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
  • Solidify that business & digital initiative strategy and goals are well-understood.
  • Maintain an overview of products offered within the product area.
  • Ensure continuous value by designing user experiences with the user at the center.
  • Provide thorough analysis and insights of the market, technology, product trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need a university degree, fluency in English (Spanish fluency desirable), and experience from leading functionally, preferably within IT management. You should also have knowledge of information technology trends and understanding of cost drivers in systems delivery and operations.

Furthermore, you should be a passionate believer in lifelong learning, able to work both independently and interdependently, with proven skills in cross-functional collaboration. You should thrive in managing, fostering, and enabling both perform and transform angles of the job.
