Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to lead and guide a team on an Agile transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure development teams adhere to Agile framework values and principles
  • Mentor and motivate teams to implement and improve processes
  • Facilitate meetings and decision-making processes
  • Eliminate team impediments and optimize workflow
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
  • Provide training, mentoring, and support to Scrum teams to follow Agile principles and practices
  • Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
  • Schedule and facilitate Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
  • Monitor progress and performance, and help teams make improvements
  • Plan and organize demos and product/system testing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent people and project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
