Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained and repaired.
- Supervise and train maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained and repaired.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
- STCW III/2 2nd Engineer Officer certification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a 1st Engineer on a steam or motor vessel.
- Experience in safety and environmental management systems.
- Medically fit with offshore international standards such as ENG1 or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
