Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of our personalization engine, which powers real-time recommendations across millions of user journeys. As a key member of our team, you will design and deploy production-grade machine learning systems with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deploy ML Systems: Develop scalable machine learning systems that power personalized user experiences.
  • Develop Ranking Algorithms: Design and implement ranking algorithms (collaborative filtering, learning-to-rank, deep learning) to enhance user engagement.
  • Own Modeling and Data Pipelines: Drive business growth through personalization by owning modeling, feature engineering, data pipelines, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact personalization features.
Requirements
  • Experience in ML Engineering: 7+ years of experience in building and scaling production ML systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch), strong background in SQL and modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) plus data lakes, familiarity with distributed computing (Spark, Ray) and LLM/AI Agent frameworks.
