Job Overview

In this role, you will provide comprehensive virtual clinical services to adult patients. As a psychiatrist, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver top-tier care.

  • Provide remote clinical psychiatry services to adult patients.
  • Consult at the Virtual Psychiatry Unit and engage in outreach to patients' residences.
  • Perform assessments, outpatient treatment and consultation; conduct family meetings; organize case conferences and discharge planning.
  • Educate psychiatry residents and medical students.
  • Foster continuity of care by building strong working relationships with all members of the care team.
Required Qualifications
  • Qualified or eligible Psychiatrist.
Key Responsibilities

As a psychiatrist in this role, you will be responsible for providing fully remote clinical services, consulting at the Virtual Psychiatry Unit, and engaging in outreach to patients' residences. You will also be required to perform assessments, outpatient treatment and consultation, conduct family meetings, organize case conferences and discharge planning, educate psychiatry residents and medical students, and foster continuity of care by building strong working relationships with all members of the care team.
