About the Role:
  • Contribute to new features on our main products, such as InfinitePay or Jim
  • Explore experimental products and features that may or may not reach the market
Responsibilities:
  • Turn early production ideas into production code
  • Write tests to ensure reliability, following SecOps and DevOps procedures
  • Patch security issues promptly and release small updates through CI/CD pipelines with minimal downtime
  • Continuously improve: participate in product discussions, share knowledge, and help the team work more efficiently together
Requirements:
  • Solid software development foundation with Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React)
  • Cloud-native architecture experience and familiarity with modern development workflows
  • Practical experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development tools and techniques
  • Strong engineering practices, including automated testing, observability, resilience, maintainability, and application security
  • Problem-solving mindset with clear cross-team communication and collaboration
  • Ability to communicate and debate in English and Portuguese
Bonus Points:
  • Background in high throughput or real-time systems for handling scale and performance challenges
  • Practical exposure to multi-agent frameworks and AI system orchestration
  • Experience with game development and virtual simulation
