Global Research Associate Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Research Associate to join our team in Argentina. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sites, ensuring seamless trial execution and timely data collection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential sites, negotiate contracts, and implement study protocols.
  • Conduct site initiation visits, provide training on data collection procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and analyze data from site reports, identifying trends and patterns to inform future research directions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CTMS/EDC systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in Obesity or T2D required for GLP-1 studies
