Job Title: Public Law Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Public Law Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze offers, proposals, customer order acceptances, and contracts to ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies.
- Support the development of business policies, procedures, and guidelines for government sales, working closely with business partners in Brazil and bidding leaders in Latin America.
- Collaborate with the bidding team to communicate with customers and business areas, ensuring seamless execution of bidding processes.
- Review commercial offers and contracts with public clients, ensuring all requirements are met and bidding conditions are fulfilled.

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of government bidding processes in Brazil.
- Experience in similar positions in multinational companies.
- Bilingual: Portuguese and English (advanced level).
