Project Management Office Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Project Management Office Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our IT community by developing and implementing project management methodologies, creating and maintaining documentation, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Project Management Methodologies
  • Create and Maintain Documentation
  • Analyze Data to Identify Trends and Areas for Improvement
  • Support IT Community with Communications, Change Management, and Risk Management

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts
  • Ability to seamlessly interact with various levels of skills
  • Ability to suspend judgment, so as to appreciate the unique perspectives of others
  • Ability to motivate and support those within our IT PM community
  • Highly organized, able to balance multiple tasks and work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and analyze various data sets
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including advanced experience with pivot tables and chart skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smart Sheet, Rally, Service Now SPM, etc.
  • Project management certification (i.e., CAPM, PMP, CSM, CPM, ACP, APM) is a plus
