We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal advisor to join our team as a Senior Legal Advisor.
About the Role:The Senior Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing expert legal support and guidance to our organization, ensuring that all legal matters are handled with the utmost care and professionalism. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and draft documents related to fund administration and middle office solutions, including regulations, meeting minutes, and offering documents;
- Monitor and control fund demands and implement operations with internal teams;
- Provide external/internal client service for drafting opinions on investment funds;
- Advise internal areas on legal matters related to investment funds, including asset and offering matters;
- Study and analyze regulation and market capitalization laws;
- LAW degree;
- OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) certification;
- Familiarity with day-to-day investment fund operations, public offerings of securities, and capital markets, especially Resolution CVM 175 and its appendices, and Resolution CVM 160;
