Job OverviewMain Responsibilities:- Prioritize comprehensive legal support to designated business units, fostering strategic risk-taking to drive Mastercard's objectives.
- Act as the primary advisor for clients, collaborating with business and legal experts to implement applicable laws and regulations, ensuring seamless commercial operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements related to business activities, identifying risks, recommending modifications, and securing approvals.
- Communicate changes in laws and regulations, training clients on associated risks, legal consequences, and alternative actions.
- Proven experience in leading law firms or large corporations.
- Drafting and negotiating high-complexity agreements.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on various matters.
- Providing legal analysis to inform day-to-day decision-making processes.
- Experience managing and resolving investigations of high-risk business issues.
