This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Legal Director, where you will support business strategy and drive management of legal initiatives through proactive advice. You will be responsible for ensuring adequate, timely, and effective legal solutions to the Business Area Office, including contract management, corporate governance, and competition law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract management in the Business Area Office, fostering efficiency and alignment with internal policies.
  • Act as a value-adding advisor and business partner on selected business units and projects, ensuring efficient alignment of legal activities, procedures, and best practices throughout the region.
  • Drive data protection agenda and risk management as Data Protection Responsible for the office.
  • Manage people in LATAM Legal positions, ensuring high-quality people management while being an active member of key strategic groups.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in law and admission to the legal profession. Master Level Degree in Law is a plus.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience as a legal advisor in international companies or law firms, with a strong preference for candidates with a corporate background.
  • Solid business judgment and effectively interact with executive and senior management and external partners.
