Job Description:

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch consulting services to our clients across various industries.

  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using SAP's latest technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful customer outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Digital Industries, focusing on Consumer Industries solution portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive or lead key roles in Professional Services engagements as logistics business process expert during project phases.
  • Advise customers on industry best practices in Digital Industries, focusing on Consumer Industries solution portfolio.
  • Support sales activities during proposal elaboration and evaluation.
  • Support other activities such as customer escalations and expert-on-demand requests.
  • Contribute to internal global initiatives supporting SAP strategy for helping customers drive digital strategies and innovations.
Expectations and Tasks:
  • Provide SAP consulting services to key customers on innovation products.
  • Be involved in project preparation, design, realization, deployment, and support.
  • Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
  • Configure customer requirements in SAP systems and prepare functional specifications.
  • Conduct testing, training, and support during project cycles.
  • Support services sales activities as Subject Matter Expert.
