What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives for LATAM functions, leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Turn talent strategies into actionable plans, executing and delivering world-class results.
- Partner with Senior Leaders in IT, HR, Finance, and Legal to develop and deliver E2E talent acquisition results.
Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Access recruiters in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to acquire top talent.
- Execute recruiting for hard-to-fill or senior-level roles.
- Consult with business and HR leaders on talent requirements and drive an effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy.
- Develop and implement differentiated Talent Acquisition strategies and diversity talent initiatives.
- Drive E2E talent acquisition strategies and represent the TA story and metrics to HR leadership and business partners.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams with direct people leadership experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of managing and onboarding geographically dispersed recruiting talent is required.
- Ability to translate data and insights into strategy, with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate a business talent strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy.
- Demonstrated experience executing in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be agile and creative in solving complex resourcing issues.
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills, with a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies.
