Job Overview

The role of Active Directory Infrastructure Engineer II involves leading a team in creating next-level solutions that improve business operations.

With hands-on knowledge in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability, you will help your team deliver high-quality products.

You will be instrumental in solving complex technical issues, developing integration elements, building data models, APIs, and open 3rd-party SDKs.

Your ideas will come to life as part of a small, success-driven team, inspiring others to follow suit.

You will harness massive amounts of brainpower through our global network of technologists to tackle big challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply technical knowledge to assignments with defined scope, such as testing infrastructure performance and verifying requirements were met.
  • Drive results, collect and analyze monitoring data, and complete assignments.
  • Carry out day-to-day work assignments with some guidance and within documented parameters.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate leaders.
  • Develop considerations for upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications.
  • Add to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 10 years' experience in infrastructure development/support & engineering.
  • Expert level knowledge on Windows Active Directory, including toolsets such as Quest ARS / Recovery Manager and Change Auditor.
  • Intermediate to expert level hands-on in scripting, orchestration, and automation languages – such as Powershell / DSC, Python, Ansible, and similar.
  • Experience in managing large scale infrastructure through code is a plus and prior exposure to Financial Services industry is a plus.
  • Understanding or prior exposure to cloud ecosystem (AWS or Azure), virtualization, APIs, and modern software languages.
  • Experience with developing frameworks that help increase developer and release velocity, improving code health and technical standards.
  • Understanding or have experience with Agile and Lean philosophies.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
  • Experience in leading a technical team is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with different team members to achieve common goals.
