Key Figure in Data Engineering

This is a unique opportunity to work as an experienced Data Engineer, specifically within the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that requires expertise in data engineering, architecture, and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions for various integrations and data preprocessing tasks.
- Support sustainable activities on data assets developed within the domain.
- Integrate data from different sources into the enterprise data foundation.
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams to resolve issues and track backlog tech debt items.
- Work closely with Data Governance, Steward, and Modelling teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in Azure tool Stack (Databricks , ADF, Synapse Analytics).
- Strong expertise in writing complex SQL and transformations.
- Ability to write, review and examine code written in Python and PySpark.
- Proficient in Devops CI/CD (High level understanding).
- Expertise in RDBMS and fundamental knowledge of Data warehousing concepts.
- SQL & SQL Tuning within Data Lake (Delta Format) and Cost Optimizations.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Azure Solution Architecture Experience (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
- Tableau & PowerBI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure Functions and Event Grid experience.
