Expert Contract Manager

We are seeking a talented Contract Administrator to assist in contract management and administration across various projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare tender documents with input from relevant departments.
- Conduct commercial assessments of tenders and align bills of quantities.
- Develop contracts for major purchases, consultants, and construction.
- Draft contract correspondence, variation orders, and notices according to contractual requirements.
- Maintain a contract register depicting correspondence, variations, contract risks, and final outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration and management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law or business administration, is also required.
