Job Opportunity:

Launch your career as a junior Python programmer and gain experience in a dynamic, innovative environment.

We partner with the world's largest locomotive manufacturer, operating globally across 50 countries and employing 27,000 professionals.

This is an on-site position available in our offices in Belo Horizonte and Contagem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development team with basic Python scripting and coding tasks under supervision.
  • Assist in writing simple automation scripts.
  • Learn how to use Terraform to define and deploy infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate in configuring cloud services in AWS or Azure.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions, internal trainings, and technical workshops.
  • Work with Git/GitHub: cloning repositories, committing changes, creating pull requests.
  • Contribute to writing or updating technical documentation for internal use.
  • Run tests and report bugs or issues to the team.
  • Shadow senior developers or DevOps engineers to understand real-world projects and workflows.
  • Participate in Agile sprints and collaborate with a team of innovative engineers.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Python programming language.
  • Experience working with AWS and Kubernetes technologies.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
