Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Professional Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional process skills, be a communicative person, and have a knack for dealing with people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback from leaders and employees.
  • Training Logistics Support: Provide support with the logistics of in-person and online training, including room scheduling, invitations, materials, attendance lists, and certificates.
  • Learning Path Structure: Support in structuring learning paths and individual development plans (IDP).
  • Training Management: Keep the training management system up to date.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Integration of new employees.
  • Content Creation: Create content for courses, workshops, and internal development campaigns focused on behavioral skills.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and/or online training, using appropriate methods and tools, such as workshops.
  • Training Materials: Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and simulators.
  • Training Scheduling: Organize and manage training calendars, ensuring all teams receive the necessary training.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as Operations, Quality, and Safety, to ensure that training meets company standards and regulations.
  • Professional Development: Stay up to date on training and development trends and best practices, proposing constant improvements to existing programs.
