We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both digital and print design, with experience working with assets across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with creative directors to produce high-quality visuals for various mediums.
  • Finalize design assets such as emails, banners, social media visuals, direct mail pieces, and mockups based on art direction and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure design accuracy and consistency, performing adaptations, retouching, and scaling for both digital and print outputs.
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, and creatives to refine concepts into final, launch-ready files.
  • Balance multiple projects efficiently, utilizing the support of your team and project leads.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized working style.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
