Job Title: Senior Visual Expert

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented visual designer with a strong foundation in both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with art directors and clients, serving as the quality assurance expert for all deliverables, from setting the direction for a campaign to ensuring pixel-perfect assets across various formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Creative and Design Directors to produce impactful visuals that align with our brand's vision.
  • Receive file and direction handoffs from Art Directors and finalize emails, direct mail packages, banners, individual image assets, and mock-ups according to agreed-upon specifications.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines while also developing new styles and creative proposals that meet our business needs.
  • Work with business leaders to understand and translate vision and strategy into effective visuals that drive results.
  • Adapt, retouch, and scale a variety of assets for both digital and print formats.
Required Skills:
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with expertise in photo manipulation and design principles.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for process improvement, with the ability to identify areas for optimization.
  • Fluency in Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets, with experience in collaborative document management.
Desirable Skills:
  • After Effects knowledge and proficiency in motion graphics.
  • Figma proficiency and experience in user interface design.
  • Advanced photo retouching skills and knowledge of color correction techniques.

The ideal candidate should have a well-curated online portfolio showcasing exceptional presentation design skills, with additional media work to demonstrate versatility.

Minimum 4 years of experience in digital and print production, ideally in an agency environment, is required.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field is necessary.
