JR Commercial Analyst | Analista Comercial JR. This key role involves providing operational, administrative and logistical support for the supply of maintenance goods and services to customers in the military market.

The primary focus is on effectively monitoring the execution of the negotiated service, ensuring seamless delivery of critical components and solutions.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to interface with military customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the logistics process for aeronautical components, including order management, inventory control, and billing.
  • Providing quotations for orders and repairs of aeronautical components, leveraging knowledge of product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Monitoring and controlling orders for parts and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient logistics processes, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Full university degree in Business Administration or Production Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex logistical challenges.
  • Proficient in SAP and other relevant software systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies as required.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (verbal, writing, and reading) and basic English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
