Studio Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multiple sites and studios, ensuring all functions operate efficiently and effectively.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage high volumes of workflow, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple sites/studios, ensuring all functions operate smoothly.
  • Responsible for leading operational and creative teams, meeting business goals and metrics.
  • Define operational metrics, best practices, and standard work globally.
  • Ensure teams are appropriately resourced to meet business objectives.
  • Anticipate changing priorities and implement plans to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with peers and other support functions to identify improvements to the imaging creation process.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve the customer experience.

Key Skills:

Strong leadership skills, 5+ years of experience leading teams, demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow, customer-centric approach, and experience successfully leading through change.
