Latam Production Manager, Photo Studio

College degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in related field with retail and/or marketing experience.
- 5+ years experience working with large-scale websites, marketing, and/or advertising agencies.
- Proven project management experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Be the voice of the LatAm studios' business partners that drives the implementation of new enhanced content treatments.
- Bring dynamic new ideas and collaborate with marketing, editorial, social, and brand management teams, as well as all creative and production partners, so that innovation is executed.
- Keep close contact with art direction, in order to bring to life the vision of the studios business partners.
- Liaising between photographer’s agents, model agents, crew talent, and internal teams to produce and manage productions.
- Forecast and plans for future volumes to ensure capacity meets demands.
- Creation and management of shoot budgets, call sheets, contractor agreements, and editorial shoot calendars.
- Maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships with finance, product lines, marketing, and creative departments.
- Leverage external relationships in order to bring the most exceptional freelancers and vendors to projects as needed.
- Work to set project timelines, objectives and schedule efficient execution.
- Implement processes that aim to improve quality an efficiency to the the enhanced content treatments
- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability be resourceful and respond to production and business needs quickly,
- Ability to delve deep and think big, not just thinking of the small picture but big picture business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and business negotiation skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a deep understanding of the fashion and photography industries on a highly detailed level.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, some knowledge of Adobe CS.
