About the Role

The Solutions Architecture team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated intern to support our sales efforts in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Solutions Architect Intern, you will train and prepare for a solutions architect role, working closely with our experienced team to gain technical expertise and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a valuable member of the solutions architecture team
  • Demonstrating responsiveness by reacting to requests on time
  • Demonstrating professionalism by reaching out to peers and senior team members with questions
  • Providing technical expertise to sales staff, customers, and partners through sales presentations and demonstrations of offerings
  • Preparing detailed specifications of offerings
  • FOLLOWING standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data
  • Shadowing senior peers to gain experience and learn about the solutions architect role

You will be responsible for:

  • Knowledge of Linux and related technologies, or Java architecture and related technologies
  • Knowledge of virtualization concepts and technologies, or middleware concepts and technologies
  • Currently enrolled in the last two years of a technical university degree studies in an engineering or computer science field
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to read mailing lists and documentation, and to participate in training courses and enablement training
  • Demonstrated ability to find correct resources and collect required information
  • Good communication skills and a demonstrated ability to relay information to both internal and external customers
  • Advanced English level is mandatory
