Catalog Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our catalog quality team and drive strategic initiatives to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our product catalog.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership
  1. Manage the catalog quality team, providing coaching and mentoring to specialists to develop their skills and advance their careers.
  2. Analyze data to identify quality issues within the Amazon product catalog and implement solutions to prevent and fix problems.
  3. Dive deep into root causes of key pain points and define short-term and long-term solutions to address them.
  4. Define high-priority projects and processes to be implemented and scope, drive, and deliver medium to large-scale projects inside Catalog Services for Brazil.
  5. Monitor and drive efficiency across all service processes, analyzing and fixing the root cause of problems.

A Day in the Life:

  • The Catalog Quality Manager starts the week by tracking opportunities to deliver against goals and reporting on the team's progress in weekly meetings.
  • This person interacts with multiple teams, including BI teams, technology teams, and central team partners, to build machine learning solutions, detect errors, and identify product opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL and VBA is necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
