The role of Tourism Specialist is a dynamic and fast-paced position responsible for creating customized travel experiences for clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Travel Planning and Consultation, excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Tour development and programming
- Quotations and proposals based on customer needs
- Relationship building with suppliers and hotels in Brazil and Latin America
- Negotiations with hotels and suppliers for rates and services
- Assisting clients in planning their travel itineraries
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with knowledge of Russian and other languages being a plus
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an asset
