Job Description

We are seeking a Climat Change Regional Leader to drive our climate action initiatives in South America.

This role will be responsible for leading our climate change consulting and engineering services across the region, including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical business development, and/or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years of experience in climate change mitigation, decarbonization, and/or adaptation.

They will also have a graduate degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, and proven expertise in climate-related disclosures, decarbonization planning, climate policy, carbon markets, low-carbon product development, and climate risk assessment.

The successful candidate will be able to manage teams, collaborate effectively with integrated global teams, and build strong client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, technical business development, and/or engineering leadership
  • At least 3 years of technical experience in climate change mitigation, decarbonization, and/or adaptation
  • Graduate degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience in the metals, energy, and infrastructure sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in climate-related disclosures, decarbonization planning, climate policy, carbon markets, low-carbon product development, and climate risk assessment
