Senior Data Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to drive the development of our data solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, storage solutions, and streaming architectures. Experience with cloud-based services such as Azure is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in programming languages like Transact-SQL (T-SQL) and experience with serverless architecture for data processing.

Strong proficiency in data warehousing solutions and dimensional modeling is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Architecture Design
    • Design and develop data architectures that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.

    • Develop, test, and maintain databases using T-SQL.
    • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Data Integration and Automation
    • Use Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps to integrate data from various sources.
    • Automate data pipelines using CI/CD principles.
  • Business Insights
    • Deliver aggregated data to business executives and analysts to inform business decisions.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
